BACKGROUND and EXPERIENCE

Patti moved to Vail 15 years ago from her hometown, Baltimore, Maryland. She began her career as a health care analyst for private industry and then for the Medicare and Medicaid programs. She switched her emphasis to sales in the mid 80's for a major commercial fire alarm and security firm. Patti was active in the Baltimore community in religious, civic and business organizations. Since coming to Vail in 1992, Patti has been selling real estate. She is past President of the Vail Board of Realtors (VBR)and was named Realtor of the Year for 2000-2001 by VBR. She is Director of Training and Broker Development for Slifer Smith and Frampton, as well as the Branch Broker for the Cordillera office.

EDUCATION

Patti majored in math education at the University of Maryland. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver. Patti has achieved the national real estate designations of CRB, CRS,GRI,RSPS and E-Pro certification

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Patti was a founding member of Eagle Valley Habitat for Humanity and served on the Board of Directors for 3 years. She is past president of B'nai Vail, and past President of the Beaver Creek Chapel . She has also participated in numerous other charitable events.

PERSONAL

Patti and her husband Ron reside in Cordillera, Colorado. They have a son, Scott and a daughter, Jamie.
